(a) Personal Identifiable Information: Includes names and email addresses. This information is used to respond to various inquiries from customers after the tour and is stored on Google Cloud, where only one responsible person has access. This information is retained for one year.
(b) Non-Personal Identifiable Information: Includes nationality, country of residence, age, gender, and feedback/opinions about visited tourist spots. This information is used for the analysis and research of preferences of foreign tourists, and for service improvement. Like personal information, this data is strictly stored on the cloud and only a select responsible individual has access. The retention period for this data is up to 10 years.
This information is also shared with local governments for the purpose of operating and improving the tours. The local government is equally responsible for handling and protecting this data with the same level of care.

Upon receiving the request, the responsible individual will promptly respond and delete the data.
To delete your account and personal information in the App, you can use the dedicated form to request deletion from the “My Profile” screen of the App. If you request deletion via this dedicated form, your account and personal information will be deleted within a maximum of 48 hours.
After the expiration of the respective retention periods, the data is securely deleted.
5. Children’s Privacy
As a general rule, this application is intended for tour participants who are at least 18 years old. This application is not of a nature to handle children’s personal information. In any case, we hereby expressly state that we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
