Introduction: The Fukui Newspaper Company is organizing a summer vacation tour that allows parents and children to experience the Hokuriku Shinkansen. This tour offers the opportunity to get up close with activities such as visiting the Hakusan Comprehensive Vehicle Depot and riding the Hokuriku Shinkansen “Tsurugi.” Participants will feel the upcoming launch of the Hokuriku Shinkansen in Fukui Prefecture.
Details:
- Date: July 25th (Tuesday), Departure from Fukui Newspaper Company at 8:30 AM (Estimated return at 6:30 PM)
- Number of Participants: 80 people (In the case of many applicants, a lottery will be held by the Fukui Newspaper Company, and results will be sent around July 11th)
- Tour Escort: A guide will accompany the tour. Please note that the tour details will be published in the newspaper at a later date.
- Travel Price: Adults: ¥8,000, Children: ¥7,500 (At least one adult must participate, and up to two children per adult can join. Lunch included.)
- Itinerary: Fukui Newspaper Company → Hakusan Comprehensive Vehicle Depot → JR Kanazawa Station → Ride the Hokuriku Shinkansen “Tsurugi” → Toyama Station (Free time) → Ride the Hokuriku Shinkansen “Tsurugi” → Kanazawa Station (Sightseeing & Free time) → Fukui Newspaper Company
- Note: Some parts of the itinerary may be subject to change depending on weather conditions, etc.
