During this tour, you can spend three hours cooking at “Cooking Sun,” a culinary studio that teaches Japanese cuisine to foreigners. The studio is well-regarded for its English-speaking instructors, who provide clear and easy-to-understand instructions on preparing Japanese dishes. All ingredients and utensils are provided. You can learn to make dishes such as Teriyaki Chicken, Dashimaki Tamago (rolled omelet with soup stock), Tempura, and Maki Sushi. Be sure to try making them at home after your trip!
