Here’s an introduction to a thrilling rafting experience tour!

Location: Shiga Prefecture, Japan

At “Friendship Adventures” in Shiga Prefecture’s Minamiogo-cho, Otsu City, you can enjoy a fantastic rafting experience on the only river flowing from Lake Biwa, the “Seta River.” It’s conveniently accessible from Osaka City, just about a 70-minute drive away. This rafting spot offers abundant water volume and allows you to enjoy white-water rafting and river activities.

During the first half of the tour, you’ll receive practical training on rowing the boat and getting on board, making it suitable for beginners. There are plenty of enjoyable activities on the boat, allowing you to practice and experience river descent while having fun. Tours are available in the morning and afternoon.

Tour Period: April 1st to the end of November

Fees:

April to June, October to November:
- 16 years and above: ¥5,300
- 8 to 15 years: ¥5,000
July to September:
- 16 years and above: ¥5,500
- 8 to 15 years: ¥5,300
Obon Festival (August 5th to August 15th):
- 16 years and above: ¥5,800
- 8 to 15 years: ¥5,500 (*Participants must be at least 125cm tall.)
