Background: Idea Inc., led by CEO Naomi Ide, is launching an experiential tour in Niigata Prefecture from September 10th to 11th, 2023, aiming to connect Japanese fireworks tradition and local industries with foreign tourists visiting Japan. This tour is organized in collaboration with John Daub, producer of the popular YouTube series “ONLY in JAPAN.” It combines the Katakai Festival, where John Daub first covered fireworks, and the local industry of Nishiki Koi, the national fish of Japan. Participants will have the opportunity to experience the culture and lifestyle of the local people, who have traditionally respected and lived in harmony with nature.
