[Kyoto Prefecture, Kyoto City] Arashiyama Cherry Blossoms The nationally designated scenic spot of Arashiyama is adorned with approximately 1,500 cherry trees, painting the area in pale pink during spring. Arashiyama, towering across the Oi River, features various cherry blossom varieties such as Somei Yoshino, mountain cherry blossoms, double-flowered cherry blossoms, and drooping cherry blossoms, welcoming a vibrant spring. The popular viewing spot is Nakanojima Park, where you can enjoy cherry blossoms with Togetsukyo Bridge in the background.
